Got my Chevy inspected — in and out quick, nice guy, highly recommended.

Very rude, tres frekan. If I could give lower than one star I would. Most of the people who have left reviews are Haitian (could tell by the last name), probably friends and so I wouldn't trust their review. I had called Chris Auto Repair Shop 09/30/24. The gentleman on the phone was quite rude and hard to understand. I eventually realized he was Haitian and so I began to speak to him in creole. I started off telling him I was referred by my father, used his name and asked him if I can come in @5:45pm. He told me sure, I proceeded to ask "him how long will an inspection take?" and he told me I can come in. Now, does this answer the question. NO IT DOES NOT. I proceeded to asking him again and asked him in creole, he told me again that I could bring in the car and was telling me that he had

This is the only place in spring valley where I go without my husband and they don't overcharge or find something "wrong" that's needs to be fixed right away. I know a lot about cars so I can tell when I am getting lied to. The mechanics here are honest and I never have any issues with the work they do. I have not gone to any other mechanic since I found this place. They do a great job.
