Wish i could give negative stars …I went in to get my tires changed to winter ones. While booking the appointment, I was given a completely different price. But when I actually went there and got the work done, they asked me to pay a much higher amount .. even though no extra services were added and it was the exact same work I booked for. The owner, Chris, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about the price difference. Their pricing seems inconsistent and honestly feels like a tactic to overcharge once the customer is already there. I still paid, but this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be returning, and I want others to be aware. If you choose to go here, make sure you get a printed quote with every detail written clearly in advance to avoid surpris

I took my car in just to have the winter tires put on.. he kept my summer tires and either gave them away or sold them, I’m sure I will never know. He blamed me and said I must have sent a friend to pick up my tires.. I called the only 2 people that even knew I took my car there and on speaker phone in front of him asked them if for some bizarre reason they would have picked up my tires without telling me? They obviously said no.. Either way, I took my car there with 2 sets of tires and I left with 1 set.. he offered absolutely zero help or solutions for his own screw up, said he didn’t know why I cared about my summer tires when I wouldn’t need them for months, and then hid in the back until I left. I was in need of an install and balance of a low profile tire on my car. I called every place in the city, was shut down by most. Chris had a tire for my wheel, he told me to bring the wheel in when I got a chance, and when I did he changed it on the spot. Super cheap install and tire. Can’t thank you enough Chris.
