My son went to this business to have a diagnostic run on his car since the heat and air wasn't working. He was charged 135.00 and informed the motor blower needed to be replaced. No other info was given regarding anything else that might be wrong, even though his dashboard showed an engine warning light. (That was proven later to be due to another problem.) When I called and politely asked if they could email what all was checked besides the motor blower, I was rudely informed that was all that was run and needed. This man's attitude alone made me feel uncomfortable bringing it there for the repair so we hired a mobile mechanic who for far less money than this place estimated fixed the problem. I had an alternator replaced today. The service was great, professional, and courteous. I have already told my family and friends that Christian Brothers is the best of the best when it comes to automobile service.

Billy the guy that owns the place is a snake in the grass! I had my truck towed up there because it was shutting off while driving, I attempted to show Billy video of what was going on the fuel pressure and explained to him that I had already replaced several parts attempting to fix it myself. They turned around changed a part that I had already repaired charged me $135 for troubleshooting $135 to install a part involving One clip and two screws located on top of the engine, and to top it off they charge me $145 for a part that I was able to buy online for $45!! Big surprise a week later my truck is still doing the same thing! I took my truck back up there they said they could not troubleshoot it because the truck would start ( now how does that make sense?) they had the truck for 3 weeks

I can say with no hesitation that Billy and his crew were very kind and observant to issue w/my SUV AND PROMPTLY had the part delivered ,same day, corrected the problem at a extremely reasonable price. I appreciate the straightforward response and explanation when discussing a quote on a repair for my vehicle. I felt that they were honest and worked with me to get the best price and fix for my needs. They were patient in explaining everything and quick in their work to get my vehicle done within the time frame they said. Also an extra plus for me that was a pleasant surprise was that they even cleaned my windshield. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle!
