Christian Brothers Automotive Atascocita

I tried Christian Brothers Atascocita for the 1st time and I left 100% satisfied. My car was towed in with big issues. CBA took care of them all. I found the prices to be fair and the customer service was exceptional! My techs were Johnathon, Dakota and Claudio. They must have completed mechanic training with honors because my car is literally riding soooo much better. I am so thankful for the staff at Christian Brothers Atascocita. John( manager) and Lacy at the front desk made every call and visit comfortable and easy to understand. I will definitely use them for all my car care needs. R.

Brought my 2015 Ford F350 by due to having a CEL for a DEF Heater error code. They diagnosed, and told me I needed to replace one of the Turbo’s for $4,000… Decided to bring it to another shop, and they said the turbos were fine, and that it indeed needed one of the four DEF heaters that had malfunctioned. No smoke, no boost issues. Took my truck to Powerstroke Engenuities (PSE w/ Dorian) out of Houston, and got it taken care of. Still no issue with either turbo.. I guess they were just trying to play financial catch up for getting that shop floor epoxy done. Had to make multiple visits just to get it looked at too 🙄 this was over a year ago, the both of the turbos are fine still (truck only has 160k miles..) Might be a decent shop for basics like an oil change, but wouldn’t recommend for

Amazing! I had a water pump replaced in my car on 2023 by Christian Brothers in Atascocita at which time they did a great job replacing. I recently started having issues with my car and determined it was the water pump. When I contacted them regarding it, I spoke to Lacey who assured me it was under warranty for parts and labor and to bring it in. When I did, Mark did an amazing job of getting it repaired and taken care of and kept me in the loop the whole time of repair. It was a weight off my shoulders no doubt.
