I set up an appointment today for an oil change and transmission fluid change. Also, got the NC DOT inspection while I was there. The customer service is unheard of in this day and age. They explained everything in detail and recommend what should to be done without trying to pressure or trying to scare you into anything. Provided shuttle service back and forth to my home. Also did a complementary inspection of my whole vehicle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Great experience overall. I dealt with Alberto when I called to get a quote for Valve cover replacement in my 2013 Honda Accord. He beat the dealership price so I went with Christian Brothers. Had my car back for 5 days and no issues. All the quotes I received for brake flush, alignment, cooling system flush all matched or beat the dealership so will be coming back.

I've come here for years and enjoyed the customer service and appreciate this location's company values and even befriended some employees, but there have been vehicle issues almost every visit, some very minor & some not. Some of these are worth mentioning. After the annual vehicle inspection yesterday, I drove out of CB and did a u-turn at Poplar Tent light. I heard a loud rumbling when turning. I honestly thought someone was revving their engine but decided to trust my gut and pulled into Advance Auto. Sure enough, on the roof of my vehicle I found the scanner that the tech uses for inspections. Also, one of the screws were broke from the engine air filter cover box, which was part of the inspection. I returned the scanner and I wasn't concerned about the screw, since there are 3 other

I spent thousands of dollars at this shop to fix a coolant loss issue on my Range Rover Sport (major cooling system work + hoses/pipes). Not long after, the vehicle started leaking coolant again, which strongly suggests the original issue was not fully resolved (whether something was missed, or there were multiple leak points and only one was addressed). When I returned expecting a thorough, documented diagnosis, I was charged again for diagnostics and given a write-up claiming the leak is ‘from the thermostat area,’ along with recommendations to replace more components — but the report did not document a cooling system pressure test (no PSI, no pressure drop results, no clear proof of the exact leak point). After spending thousands already for a coolant-loss repair, a ‘trust us’ diagnos

Repair shops like this are the reason customers are terrified of car trouble. Please study the prices on parts, vs what they charge you. Take into account the labor cost and book times. Use that with all shops and you will okay. I called for a simple repair, with parts I purchased from the dealer, over 2400$ and they still insisted on me buying parts from them. With BMW and Mercedes, if you install OEM parts you purchase from a dealer, they warranty the part and often installation as well. If you’re a chain shop that just wants do minor repairs that’s fine, just say that.
