Ichose Christian Brothers Automotive because I had an extended warranty and believed they would be a reputable, trustworthy mechanic. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I later discovered—through two separate mechanics—that a part I was charged to have replaced was not changed out, not once but twice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but a second time is unacceptable, especially for such a simple repair. It raises serious concerns about whether any of the mechanical work was actually completed. I attempted to resolve the issue directly. I spoke with the operations manager and was told the owner would call me. I have yet to receive any follow-up. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that it took two outside mechanics to uncover what should have been a straig

What a great experience :) I had to bring my truck back in to let them look at my converters they installed 4 years prior. I expected them to crawfish on helping me since 4 years went by. However they went above and beyond. They were all very professional and walked me through the process. They tested everything and they ubered me back and forth from home and fixed and replaced everything! What a great bunch of guys! I have used them for years and will be using them again! 11 stars!

I brought my Yukon in for preventive maintenance, including a spark plug replacement at around 80k miles. When I picked it up, the engine had a clear misfire and the A/C was making a high-pitched noise that wasn’t present before service. They said the noise was related to the cabin filter area, but it continued even after they claimed to fix it. Edit. Yes it is your location. It is highly likely you or your team reported my review from almost a year ago to keep it from posting. I have receipts to prove. Purpose is to warm of poor service and dishonesty at your location. Upon inspection, they found one of the new spark plug electrodes was bent and chose to reinstall an old plug instead of replacing it. I would have gladly paid for a new one if offered. The technician also mentioned the v

if I could give a negative star review, I would. The scams and unethical business practices I’ve experienced at the Christian Brothers Automotive in Pearland, Texas are, in my opinion, questionably criminal. This location has repeatedly charged for services that appear never to have been performed — including full diagnostics, oil changes, and even part replacements. I strongly encourage anyone who has received service from this business to request the replaced part and ask staff to show you where it was defective. Before leaving their lot, check your vehicle and personal belongings thoroughly — inspect for damage, missing items, or broken components. This company has repeatedly failed to take responsibility for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. In my case, they re

Sorry to post to Google but no one answers the corporate office phone. I also called one of the stores and the lack of concern about what I shared was astonishing. I’ve not been a customer but doubt I will be in the future after my experience today. At approximately 2:58 pm on Keith Harrow and Queenston BLVD, one of their employees was driving recklessly in the company small SUV. He was weaving in and out of traffic blowing his horn at drivers that weren’t going fast enough for his liking though they were in the right lane. Once he turned on Queenston, he was in a school zone with a bus at a full stop. He sped up to the line of cars weaving in and out and then, once the bus took off, he sped on. It was very unsafe and showed a disregard for other human life. I called the nearest store and
