I had a good experience at CBA Eagle Bend. Scheduling was a breeze - called and was able to get a same-day appointment for wheel alignment. They said the service would take about one hour and they were true to their word. I was in and out in exactly one hour. There were no surprise up-sells or pressure to get additional services, which I appreciate. The cost for the alignment was about $110, which I found to be very reasonable. The service was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I'm definitely going tp make this as my go-to place for future car services. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a “professional” experience! I scheduled an appointment, explained exactly what needed to be done to my car, handed over my keys, and waited 1.5 hours—only for them to come back and say, “Oops, we can’t do the repair.” No apology, just a friendly key handoff. Incredible how a business can waste someone’s time, make them drive across the city, and call it customer service. Bravo.

These guys have been fantastic! They have been incredibly helpful and responsive. They're online system of cataloging the issues that need to be addressed and allowing for optional fixes has been great. Everything was open and in the clear. No upsells or pressure to add on stuff. They did make some optional recommendations for maintenance but it was easily declined. Genuinely wish it was like this at more places. I retired from the Air Force and have been looking for a mechanic since we settled here and it feels nice to know that I have found my spot. I would highly recommend this place to other veterans or anyone that wants rock solid work from polite professionals. My service technician Chris is a legend, does great work and is super reliable.

Christian Brothers opened about six months ago. They are about 3 miles from our home. I think they have four Service bays. They have a good modern communication system employed. For example, they send photographs of the different inspections They performed on the vehicle And report the current conditions. I took my Ford Explorer in because of a constant Rattling noise. They did find one of the lightweight skid plates Was loose and had to replace a missing bolt. I took a short trip with one of the technicians and found that the skid plate was not the source of the vibration. I had to have the SUV back so I left and returned a few days later. In the second Inspection, they were able to reproduce the clunking noise that I had been hearing. They provided a very nice written report with phot

First time visit to these folks and was very pleased with service provided. Definitely a professional operation across the board. Did a good job on our Jeep Cherokee to solve engine check light emission control issue. Pricey repair bill but that’s the reality these days. Will definitely use this facility again and highly recommend them if you need the security of your vehicle getting quality care
