I brought my car here for service back in November so this is a little late but i felt it still necessary to send a comment. My car was giving a message saying my car was running hot all of a sudden out of the blue no indication that was the actual case. No smell no steam. I took it to one place they couldn't figure it out they sd there was no leak or anything. So I brought it to Christian brothers, they found all kinds if things. Don't know how we went from not finding anything to finding everything. Which now in hindsight makes me feel like I really could have saved money on getting the radiator replaced by them because that still didn't fix the problem. They told me after that I need the engine replaced had I known that I wouldn't have replaced the radiator i would have traded it in. I

Mixed experience overall. Pros: The shop did a good job diagnosing my AC issues and communication was excellent. I appreciated the clear videos showing the problems. The AC compressor replacement was priced reasonably and seemed in line with market rates. Cons: The quote for the air mix actuator felt excessive. I was quoted around $600 for what is essentially a plug-and-play part. The OEM actuator can be purchased for about $100 (less for aftermarket), and the replacement requires no special tools. A skilled technician could complete this in well under 30 minutes—I replaced it myself in about 30 minutes as a complete novice. I truly enjoyed my experience with Christian Brothers. Both Derrick and Kevin kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on with my vehicle. I enjoyed that they constantly communicated with me and provided status updates via text message and the website with videos. I didn’t have to keep calling them like the last shop for updates. Although I had to get my vehicle towed to them from a different shop, they made the process smooth & my stress to go away. I especially love that they explained everything to where I truly understand. Christian Brothers were so accommodating by providing a shuttle service and Uber as well. I definitely highly recommend Christian Brothers because they do care about their customers and providing the best service!

I came in for a diagnosis for my truck, the service and the technician Roy L was perfect. The only problem I have is that I left the shop with my truck, running worse and came back, then said the hoses wasn’t plugged in which caused my truck to act weird they plugged them back in and my truck was back to normal then the technician said the intake manifold gaskets was bad but the front desk guy said it’s the whole intake manifold but the service and customer service was perfect wish they had better communication so I didn’t leave sort of confused would recommend to come here but ask plenty of questions before you leave

I hit a curb and paid for my car to be diagnosed due to feeling vibration. The issues that were recommended got fixed just for my car to still vibrate. I called this location to inform them of the ongoing issue and was told I would have to repay for a diagnosis. I also asked if by any chance they checked to see if my alignment was misplaced during the diagnosis and I was told they did not. If I told you I hit a curb why is that not one of the main issues that is checked? The person I spoke to was rude and over talking to me on the phone and coming off very dismissive instead of being attentive. I should not have to pay for something I have already paid for. & checking for misalignment after I told you I hit a curb should have been main priority!!
