this location provided me with the worst service I ever had, they told me they fixed my car when I got my car back it was doing all the same things even worst. My check engine light came on. I took my car back they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a transmission when that was not the problem I took my car to another shop they fixed it without me having to get a new transmission. For 400 dollars. Communication was horrible worst customer service ever in order to find out anything about my car u had to call them. I was charged for a diagnosis I didn’t even receive. THIS LOCATION IS JUST HORRIBLE!

The entire staff were very professional, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. My concerns were heard and addressed. They gave me great advice and recommendations on future car repairs. They really are a blessing!

The inspections and pricing are all fixed in their national computer system, so there’s no issue of getting taken advantage of from a pricing standpoint. SPENT ALMOST $4,000 AND MY CAR DOESN'T WORK. I FOUND BURNT WIRES AND PARTS NOT RECONNECTED. TOOLS, FLASH LIGHTS AND SCREWS LEFT UNDER THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED. I AM TRYING NOW TO GET A REFUND. MANAGER SHOULD HAVE GIVING ME A REFUND WHEN HE REALIZED HIS MACHANIC MESSED UP MY VEHICLE. In previous response they stated they could not find my invoices. Well they found it under my husband name and had nothing but excuses. I requested a meeting with the owner and no one has called me back. I also submitted a request on their website. They stated the part I need they can not find so why did they take my $4,000.00. I have requested a refund.
