Christian Brothers Automotive – Grand Parkway did an outstanding job working through several suspension problems on my truck. They methodically tracked down the source of an annoying noise — a worn wheel hub bearing — and made sure the diagnosis was solid before moving forward. They also helped resolve a height difference that showed up after installing new shocks, and the final result was exactly what it should be. Their communication, persistence, and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended.

I was directed to this location when I setup my appointment online for the Mason road location. A very young boy did my oil change and I went home after that. I drove my car the next day and the check engine light was on ...never have I experienced that. Reached out on FB and the owner from New Territory Christian brothers responded. Ms Kelly Bates came to my house to check the oil in the car...we went to Auto Zone to get the diagnosis done and they said it could be the O2 sensor which could have been possibly messed up by the kid who did my oil change. I am very disappointed in going through this mess but very blessed that the owner Kelly from the New Territory Christian brothers came to my rescue early Sunday morning. I will never go to the Christian brothers on Grand parkway and Highlan

I called last minute for service and they had me out in record time. Excellent customer service and my vehicle road like it was brand new. I would highly recommend this location. This was my first time at a Christian brothers and I’ll never go anywhere else!!

The team at this location is A+. They are courteous and attentive. They communicate well, especially through thier texting system which shows you repairs, pictures and estimated costs along with a red, yellow, green icon to indicate the urgency of the repair. Highly recommend them for your auto repairs. Oh, and they have a very convenient courtesy shuttle.
