In my opinion, the customer service was exceptional. John was very thorough and updated me often. He even took me to my vehicle to show me what the mechanic found and explained the issue. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The whole staff were friendly, helpful and had great attitude.

I have heard great things about Christian Brothers Automotive but haven’t used them until recently. I needed my newly acquired used vehicle to receive a full inspection to determine the extent of the repairs needed. Since going to them, I can all the positive reviews are accurate. They provide honest work in a timely manner with great ease. Upon entering the office, bright and early at 7am, John instantly greeted me with a genuine smile. Each employee there holds true to the company’s values and treats all customers with respect. I can tell they enjoy their work and trust them with my vehicle. Absolutely the best!!! Not only did they fix our vehicle without adding on unnecessary repairs, they did it with compassion and understanding. John welcomed us with a smile and I'm sure he had no idea how much is kindness meant but after such a hard day it brought me to tears. It only took them a couple days to fix what other shops quoted us a week. They're fast, professional and seem to really care about their customers.

They dropped my husband off at home after he delivered my car to them.They kept us informed all the way with phones calls and text messages regarding where they were in the process and all other updates.
