My first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was excellent. The team provided outstanding customer service — they were attentive, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Their pricing was fair and their professionalism truly stood out. In a time when genuine customer care is hard to find, Christian Brothers exceeded expectations.

Had a repair/parts replaced in the emissions. The car drives fine, no more check engine lights on the dash. Front desk person, RJ, was very helpful and personable. Repair was completed quickly. Love that they will drop you off and/or pick you up as needed. Will return in the future, if needed.

I had my oil changed. MJ helped me and was great, courteous and helpful. I waited in my car and was offered water bottle to drink and snacks. He told me everything I needed to know car wise. So very nice and helpful.

Nicest, most stress free experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. I’m upset I didn't find them sooner. Everyone there is professional and polite. The facilities are immaculate. Most of all, they did an amazing job repairing my truck in a timely manner.

Very convenient to make an appointment at a specific time and not have to leave the car all day long. Did oil change and complete vehicle inspection on 2 vehicles at separate times - only took about an hour each while I waited. They gave me a list of what the vehicles need that I can work into my budget over time - some items sooner rather than later. Comfortable waiting area.
