Hello. The experience with CB was something I have never had in any other automotive shop before. From the start the way they received me and easy way to schedule my appointment for the same day. The whole process they kept me well informed and the clarity and detail of how they presented what was done to my car and what they recommended for future visits digitally and very well explained made it very easy for me to understand. I scheduled a synthetic oil change which included an inspection of my car. The inspection results were sent to me via a link on a text message. Easy to view and understand with pictures of my car parts and videos to understand the part function and possible maintenance needs. They were able to give me pricing and timeframe over the phone and took care of it all that same day! They even have a shuttle car which bring you back and forth to the auto shop, but if you decide to wait for your car, there's a very nice lobby with snacks, coffee or cold water. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and easiness of my experience. I will definitely be back!

This was my first experience at this location, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve taken my previous vehicle to the Happy Valley location before, so it’s great to now have one even closer to me. After recently purchasing a used vehicle, I brought it in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very thorough and honest about what they found. Some of the repairs were outside of my budget at the moment, so I reached out to Matt (the shop owner), who has always been helpful in the past. He immediately reviewed everything, helped me prioritize the most important items, and worked with me to create a realistic plan. I truly appreciated the transparency and support. It’s such a relief knowing I have a trustworthy place to go for car repairs. Highly recommend!

I came in for a 2nd opinion after being told I needed multiple things done on my car. Tom treated me with kindness & respect from the minute I walked through the door. After the inspection was completed, he pulled up all the pictures on his computer screen of the different things that needed replacing. I had an oil change done the day before at Brake Masters & he pointed out how they had spilled oil all over my engine and didn’t bother cleaning it up, so he offered to have it done at no charge. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he was not pushy with getting me to have everything done that day. I highly recommend Christian Bros on Lake Pleasant! I give them a 10/10! ⭐️

Christian Brothers automotive were so helpful with my oil change. It was New Years Eve and they were booked up, but said that I could leave my car and they would do the oil change for me. I didn’t have a ride home or back to the shop and so they provided a shuttle. By far the best experience, I’ve had getting an oil change. Plus, they have a clean and friendly waiting room with a Keurig for a yummy coffee with all the toppings!
