Yesterday was the first time I have ever had my vehicle serviced with CBA. Let me say, they are waaaay better than Firestone, NTB, or any other autoshop ive been too. I usually take my cars to the dealership or places like Firestone if im on a budget. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test and they sent me videos of what needed to be fixed as well as a comprehensive list. The customer service was good, the payment process was seemless and they did not try to upsell me or use pyschological tactics to get anything fixed. Although they are a little expensive side, they do have a price match guarantee and they honored that for me. I had reached out to Drivers Edge, but they do not do that. CBA Mansfield has gained a loyal customer

Got my inspection done and it was super quick and easy. Dylan was very helpful and even topped off my coolant free of charge when he noticed the low coolant warning pop up. Definitely gonna be back in the future

I understand the technicians need to be paid for their work, but Christian brothers didn’t even do any work on my car. They advertise on their website that they have free diagnostics of a major components to the car like engine transmission. They stated that in my case it was the catalytic converters because my passenger side was going bad there was a lady she said the diagnostic fee would be $179. I looked at her kind of weird and said hey I don’t have any money to spend on that diagnostic fee because they stated that they do free diagnostics and my car was in there for about two hours and they didn’t even give me a real definitive answer on what was wrong with my car. It was a very vague answer so I’m very kind of pissed that Christian brothers lied to my face and took $180 for my pocket

These guys were awesome! I was driving from Houston to Dallas for business. I started having transmission issues, I called the CBA shop I use in Houston. They called ahead to a CBA nearest my hotel. They greeted me took my truck and the owner gave me a ride to my hotel so I wouldn’t miss my event. They coordinated with my warranty company and installed a new transmission. They were very communicative the whole way and very courteous. I’ve had this same level of service at each CBA shop I’ve used. These people are a 10!

I went for an emmisions test since Texas doesn’t do state inspections anymore, I walk in and ask and they look at me crazy and were like “uhgh you mean a state inspection”(auto shop manager doesn’t even know the correct terms) he then says it’s down idk when it’ll be back. Okay I also needed and oil change and my coolant system looked at, so I ask about that about both of those things. He ignores the fact that I said I need an oil change and looked to his coworker to ask if they can even check the coolant system. He said it’d be like $180 which would have been cool if he maybe answered my question about the oil change. the rest of the staff seems great and I see quite a few of them on the daily and all seem to be great people! but I guess that guy didn’t want my business..
