I have been bringing my cars to Christian Brothers in New Territory for over 10+ years because they honestly care about their customers. They take the time to explain what’s going on with your car in terms that I can actually understand. They do a full diagnostic and go over the level of importance. It’s just that little extra bit of customer service and care that makes Christian Brothers the shop that I have and will continue to use for all of my cars needs!

Christian brothers always exceed my expectations. Took my car there for a check and they went above and beyond to find out what's wrong with it. Gave me some recommendations and when it was time for me to check out, they told me not to worry about the payment they did it for free. I was happy and thankful.

Great service! Very professional, courteous, and timely work. I’ve had multiple services done here over the years and have always had a great experience. They always clearly explain their recommendations in a way anyone with any level of car knowledge can understand.

I have always had my car serviced with Mercedes since my initial purchase, so I was apprehensive about allowing someone other than them to service it. They had no problem answering my questions to assure my comfort. The customer service is great, upon arrival they were very pleasant and respectful. The guy who picked me up was very pleasant and accommodating. The prices were great compared to what I have paid in the past. They didn’t force any services. Thank you once again

Will not go back here. They clearly did not even look at my car as the recommendations made were all things that had already been performed within the past month, including one service done at their own facility! Such a joke. Very dishonest. I DID ask for my car to be inspected again. And one of the “recommendations” was something y’all did in October at your own facility. So y’all clearly didn’t look at my car. Hence the dishonest comment.
