Absolutely the best mechanic I've ever visited. Super kind, helpful, and quick! They fixed my Ford Explorer the same day and charged a fair price for excellent service. They took time to explain what was going to be done and communicated everything well with text and phone calls. So glad I found them!

Christian Brothers in Norcross handled my maintenance perfectly. I easily made the appointment on line. They were ready for my car when I arrived. Provided a ride back to my house. Gave my car a full inspection and sent a report quickly. Called to review the repairs and confirm repairs wanted. Completed the repairs and let us know the car was ready within a few hours. Had the invoice ready and the car waiting when we got there.

Fortunately, because of the incredible work Christian Brothers has done on my cars over the years, I have not had to use them that often. Yesterday, I took a used car I wanted to get check out before buying and their pre purchase inspection was top notch. They give a full run down of everything you need to know and most importantly the peace of mind before such a big purchase. Shoutout to John who walked me through each part of it. I love the pictures and videos they send (next level service.) Sam, the owner of this location, is the best of the best. He treats his employees well, cares about the customer, and runs an auto repair place the way all companies should be run.

Our experience was very smooth. From beginning to end, everyone I spoke with genuinely wanted to assist my family with our automobile needs. They got our car diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. What truly stood out is the clear, concise and professional communication. I felt at ease and then were calm. There was no pressure to do any additional work outside of the scope that required. The follow up was just truly refreshing. They know customer service very well and I can tell. I truly enjoyed the experience and we are very happy so far with the entire experience from beginning to end, and of course my car is running great.

They took the care and time to walk me through all of the issues and the priority list of what needed to be handled first and what could wait according to budget restrictions. I had a full report on all of the issues to include videos and photos. I have been burned by bad automotive shops and situations in the past so I’m always a little apprehensive. They made me feel confident that I was dealing with a professional and straightforward group.
