I recently had my vehicle serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The team was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the updates via text messages, including pictures of my vehicle while it was being worked on. It gave me peace of mind knowing the status of my car. The shop itself was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that all of my questions were answered. Went to FRY AND CLAY RD Christian brothers today with a coupon found on the website that said FREE bumper to bumper check up. That’s all we wanted. 7 hours after dropping the car off, we were finally given our inspection report and was told we needed to pay $100 for the check up. Tried to explain the coupon and showed it and employee said “well, I’ll give you the sensor check for free” This is false advertising on their own website to get people to go. Scam. Buyer beware.

I had a very disappointing experience here and will not be returning. My original appointment for an oil change was overlapped, so I had to reschedule for another day. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I was asked if I wanted to be dropped off because it was their lunch hour. This was confusing, as I’m not sure why an appointment would be scheduled during a time when service availability was limited. I chose to stay with my vehicle. After the oil change, I was given a list of recommended repairs, including brake service. Prior to this visit, my brakes were functioning normally and were not making any noise. However, the very next day, my brakes became extremely loud every time I applied them. I called to address the issue and was given a variety of explanations for the brake

I always do pre buyers inspections at one of their locations. This time it took over 3 hours to get started despite having an appointment though. Dissapointing. That's why only 4 stars. It also seems to be one of the more expensive locations at $175 for the inspection. Long wait but the honest service is appreciated. They finally offered water at the 3rd hour.

I went in for an oil change and Jose and the front team were very helpful. They also offered a courtesy check on my truck to prevent any future issues. I was pleased on Everything that Christian Brothers has to offer. I will definitely be going back and take my other vehicles. Thank you Jose and front staff GREAT TEAM WORK
