I had such a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about my Jeep. They even drove me to work while my Jeep was being serviced and brought it back to my workplace when it was finished. That level of customer service really stood out to me! I truly felt taken care of and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

I took my 2015 Jerp Grand Cherokee Laredo to get looked at and diagnosed for overheating issue. They called me saying it needed other issues fixed brake pads rotors brake fluid flush or flrefill and all kind of other extra stuff that I didn't go for. So they said my radiator was clogged and causing my coolant to not circulate and overheat. So they install a new radiator and thought we'll do a tune up while your fixing my main issue which is my car overheating. The called saying they test drove it 2 times to insure it was fixed. Picked up my car and it over heated 1 mile down the road. Took it back and looked at it again. They did a coolant flush. Changed thermostat and water pump. They claim they test drove it but I picked it up and again right out the shop it overheated. Took it back the

First time using Christian Brothers Automotive and I'm very satisfied with a professionalism, the detailed breakdown of everything and the most friendly service I have dealt with in a long time from other places! I was very satisfied with the pricing of repairing my vehicle and the professionalism of each member that I encountered and interacted with that at Christian Brothers. In my opinion their prices aren't out to gouge people very satisfied. Would recommend to any of my friends and I will keep doing service there when I'm when needed. I have a great experience with this business. Welcoming people in office, neat and clean l, nice sitting area, helpful, ask for Coffee and water. It was amazing when they asked me for water because Other businesses, do not offer water to their customers. They have shuttle service and they dropped me off at my job and later they brought my vehicle to the parking lot at my work. Fast service at reasonable price. Definitely, recommend. Let's support our local business.

My vehicle was sounding like a bucket of bolts and my steering wheel was shaking when I would hit the break pedal. Their inspection report was through and very clear even for myself that I am NOT mechanically inclined at all! They went over the work that my vehicle was needing based on my concerns and pricing was very fair! After Christian Brothers got their hands on my vehicle it was driving like a DREAM! Aside from doing theor job extremely well, all employees were very kind and helpful and the owner was also very kind and best of all his employees all spoke very highly of him and we all know how rare that is. 10 out of 10 so glad to have honest kind people that I would absolutely trust with my vehicle again!
