I brought my 2019 Honda Pilot in because there was a clicking noise coming from my front axle when turning hard right. They were friendly, and professional. The repair was completed quickly and they were very honest about the outcome and if further repairs would be needed. I did experience one issue. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver’s side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I’ve attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Thanks for your response, Jeff, and thanks for admitting your mistakes and that they were unacceptable. Also unacceptable is your expectation that I would have waited until 5:00 p.m., when the mechanics leave, or 5:45 p.m., when Pat said he leaves, nearly 11 hours after dropping off the car, to get a shuttle ride back to your shop to pick up the car you never did any work on. That's ridiculous, Jeff, and you know it. It also would have made it impossible for me to take the car to another reputable company to get the job done in three hours. Yes, Pat said he leaves at 5:45 p.m., which is the regular time he leaves rather than an accommodation for me, though he also said he wasn't sure the car would be ready IF I had allowed you to do the job. Well, I have waited for a couple of months for a return call and still no call back. I went to Christian Brothers because my check engine light came on. I was told that I needed a new engine. To me, it just felt like a misfire from one of the spark plugs. I ask are they sure and they said yes and quoted me 16k for a new engine for a vehicle that I paid 12k for. After a couple of days I took it to another mechanic. He changed the spark plug and engine coil and problem solved!! I went back to Christian Brothers and ask for them to make it right. I explained that my wife and I was put in a stressful situation especially right before the holidays to come up with 16k or buy another vehicle. I have uploaded the parts for proof. Very disappointed that I did not get the call I asked for.

I came to Christian Brothers with my 1998 Dodge pick up truck having a parasitic drain on my battery. They took time and looked for what this drain was and where it was located and we were able to find it and get it fixed. I was most pleased by their efficient service, and Patrick was in constant contact with me. They did a review of the entire truck as it hadn’t been serviced in many years and made many recommendations for safety for me. I enjoyed that they sent me an itemized estimate list that I could pick and choose from the items I wanted to take care of an address immediately. My son was coming into town and was going to need the truck and I expressed that to Patrick and they were able to get me taken care of right away and in a couple days, the truck was ready for me.
