My daughter took her Jeep to have a battery replaced as it was under warranty. When she was there instead of asking her or calling me they went ahead and replaced the other battery which was just tested at Finley and it was fine. I was told it was going to be warrantied and now they are sending me a bill for over $600 and it was just a flippin’ battery. This is not the first time Adam has done this. He also assumed her dad was paying for it so that means he can do whatever he wants. He knew who my daughter was but when he was questioned about it “I didn’t know that was you daughter” was his response and I know for a fact he was told that day she was coming in. But it really shouldn’t matter if he knows you or not. If you take your vehicle there I would make sure to tell than not to replac

The guys there are Very nice. And it's nice that they listened to me when I expressed what was wrong with my pickup. And they didn't treat me like o it's a girl. I've had experience in the past at different places. Where they think I don't know what I'm talking about. So it's greatly appreciated to be treated with respect. My dad taught me to pay attention to my vehicles. So thank you guys for the good service.
