That came and went and they hadn’t even started on the vehicle! After more than two months of little to no communication from them, they said the car was done. Only to find out it wasn’t. They had missed some suspension parts that were damaged and could not get the vehicle aligned. Was told it would be ready the next morning. After yet another week, I finally sent a text that I was picking the car up whether it was ready or not. Magically, it was done. Whatever you do, dont take your car here! Quoted me 16 days and didnt get the car back until 3 months later and there were still things wrong with it. Chipped paint and pannels not aligned properly. They didnt even start on my car until we showed up to the shop after waiting 2 months. They continuously lied about how far they were on fixing it. Horrible customer service, could rarely get a response from the lady up front and all she ever did was feed us more lies.
