The service we received from this repair shop was extremely disappointing. We brought our vehicle in knowing it needed transmission work, as it would shut off at stops, but it was still fully drivable and able to reach normal speeds. What was initially quoted as a 3-day repair turned into a 3-week delay, with very poor communication throughout. It was difficult to get updates by phone or text, despite being told they would communicate with updates consistently. We would only hear from them when they were ready to discuss the vehicle. After three weeks, the shop was unable to repair the vehicle. While we appreciated their efforts, we were shocked to find that the car was returned in worse condition than when we brought it in.
