Dropped my Alfa Romeo Tonale and picked Christian body shop ( suggested by Geico insurance . Owner seems like a nice guy . Can was supposed to be delivered back a couple of weeks .I did not put rush on delivery since I had a loaner provided by Geico. After a month he told me the car was ready , called in the am to double check twice , I returned the car to the rental facility and the owner called me to let me know the car was not ready . I drove 2.5 hours for nothing , had to take the rental car again . The day after I went to pick up the car and notice the door was painted poorly , car was dirty and I have a new ( superficial ) scratch on the other side . He did not give me any explanations , the past guy blamed Alfa Romeo even if the door came brand new . They also fixed the rear wheel s

This is the best body shop ever!! It was recommended to me by a friend after I had an accident and they did not disappoint, they helped with literally everything, from getting in contact with it’s the insurance to maintaining me informed about every little thing that happened. The car was ready in less than 1 month and I received it in perfect condition and very clean. Thank you so much to everyone there that helped me and fixed my car, the final result exceeded my expectations and the car looks brand new. I 10000% recommend them if you want your car fixed perfectly and with honest people that are always there to help.

I was in an accident on April 15, 2025, when someone crashed into me. That day, I took my car back to repair it. After waiting a week, I picked it up, only to find that the entire front grill was completely loose, none of the lights were installed correctly, and the alignment was off. There was also overspray all over the car. I returned it to the body shop!!!!!!!!!!!! and they assured me that they would fix the issues. Now, three months later, the grill is still loose, and water is getting inside the light on my new car. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. They did a horrible job.
