Excellent Roadside Assistance - 5 Stars I’ve had State Farm auto insurance for years, and recently needed to use their roadside tow service for the first time. I was shocked at how efficient and fast it was! I made the call, sent the vehicle location, and they kept me updated every step of the way - when the tow truck was en route, during pickup, and at drop-off. They had my vehicle picked up and delivered to the repair shop before I even got home. Outstanding communication and service when I needed it most. Highly recommend!

Tracee deserves 5 stars ***** plus a big hug for all the knowledge, TLC, and excellent service on email, on the phone, and especially in person she gave me after a recent tornado hit on our house, my car, and the surrounding property. 110 mph winds were a big hit. I notified the office of my State Farm agent, Christina Smith, and spoke to her office manager, Trace Bullard, about what to do. I filed my hail damage claim that day, and with 3 days, an adjuster was on my roof, did his damage assessment, and paid my claim to get my roof fixed. He also told me that if my roofer finds anything else that needs to be included, all I have to do is let him know. The whole claim process from start to finish was efficiently and professionally handled, from my agent’s office to claim payment…Thanks, State Farm!
