If I could give 0 I would… I paid over $30,000 for a car had it 2 days and went into shop. The Mercedes Benz found a few issues that have been there for a while. One is transmission issue the other is timing chain issue. I was told the car was looked through before sold to me. Well whomever did it did not know what they were looking at. The car was in the shop for 5 days. I went back up to dodge and they told oh well you bought as is. Now I can expect that from a buy here pay here but this is a dealership. Plus paying that much really. I am going to the Better Business bureau And letting them know that I had the car for two days and it was in the shop for five days and it still has issues. This scam of a business doesn't deserve any star. The management here have to be behind the scamming they have going on inside of this dealership mechanic shop. 1st of all I bring in my truck for a normal transmission service w/ filter, gasket, fluid. I never tell them that I had my own diagnostics ran at another shop before heading over there for a regen issue; a normal issue with all newer diesels these days end i've had to bring it in for the same issue A few times already to various other ram dealers which take care of it 123 very simple for dpf / egr codes. So this time i'm waiting and waiting for the couple hours that they say It's gonna take to do the transmission service and get rid of the codes like usual, which normally take about an hour or less when they force the regen, but I
