I wish they allowed a lower rating. I brought my car for a recall. Work was done on time. When I got home I went to put my oldest child's booster seat in & saw that the mechanic had kept dirty muddy footprints all over the car. First time I've ever had a car go to any dealership without the car being washed after the work was done. As you can see in the pictures, the car was given back looking horrible.

I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude to Alex and Bryant. In today’s world, it is truly rare to find such polite, attentive, and professional staff in customer service. Their kindness, thorough answers to all of my questions, and exceptional level of service were truly outstanding. The service they provided was simply incomparable. Best thing I could’ve done this time around was to get the tire and rim package. If I blow out a tire, no questions asked it just gets replaced. It does depend on availability since they don’t stock a basic tire for the Jeep grand Cherokee. But if they have it in stock, it’s a quick in and out. Just call ahead and make sure they have the tires in stock before going in. If you ever want to get a new car for purchase or lease, talk to my boy Damian. He will work with you to get you a great deal.

My service representative was Robert and he was excellent. He kept me fully informed throughout the process. Explained the three pronged approach: Critical, Recommended, and Can wait. The checkup and diagnosis was thorough and complete and I was made aware of all charges before the work was started. Another highly appreciated moment was Robert giving me a realistic time of completion as I have had my cars serviced before and had no idea when the work would be completed or the given time was not met. Everyone knows that having your car serviced by the dealership is more costly than your corner mechanic but this (for me) is a case of getting what you pay for. If I have any issues with the work performed, I know I can return to Robert to have those issues addressed.
