I purchased my 2014 Subaru Forester at Dick Hannah 12 years ago today. We used the online purchase program, and everything was quick and efficient. I am not typically a dealership service person, but upon my first oil change visit at Dick Hannah Service, that all changed. I met my service rep Frank Ross on that visit and have relied upon his advice, honesty, and genuine support for all these years. Frank and the entire service team have guided me in keeping my Forester in top shape. I have only had to go in for one unexpected repair in all these years, as they have been able to alert me to any possible issues before they become a roadside issue. Most recently, they took care of my Mercedes, and the job was, as always, executed perfectly. Scott is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right the first time. It's rare to find this level of reliable expertise and professionalism. The entire team does a great job, but Scott in particular makes the service process seamless and stress-free. Marleigh was amazing kept me informed throughout the entire process and let me know as soon as my car was finished. Price was fair. We got 125k on the front brakes before they needed to be replaced (yes really) can’t wait to see what the rear gets lol.

Outstanding service in all regards. Teila was awesome in her coordination. scheduling, and customer service. That allowed us to use the car for a few more days before the service - super helpful. The car now feels like new the way it drives.

Friendly and helpful service. Brought my truck in for a recall and they found some other issues. Gave me a quote for diagnostics and repair and didn't pressure me when I declined. Will return in the future if I need help.
