Chrysler World Service Department

Last week I was traveling across the state of Wisconsin near Green Bay when a message flashed on my screen to have my truck serviced ASAP. I called this dealership, now named Gregg Young Abrams and explained the description of the message on my screen and told them I was from out of state. I was told to bring my truck in right away. They promptly diagnosed the problem, picked up the part, and had me on the road in a few hours! And the repair was covered under warranty. Everyone was kind and polite.

Bought my second car from them, unfortunately the brakes already are squealing, I've only put roughly 600 miles on the car, so I am disappointed in the service. First experiance with them was not good either. They failed to acknowledge the frame damage and make it known to me before purchasing, that was several years ago (However the person responsible for that was fired so i qualify that as redeemed) But I was given an appointment to have them looked at and replaced for free, so if they are good on their word and replace them, then I will be changing this review.

Extremely impressed with the whole service team at Chrysler World. They were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs for immediate service. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. They conducted themselves with integrity from everything we can see. Thanks to Mary Ann, Lindsay and the whole crew for getting us back out on the road and doing such a great job!

Just purchased our 3rd used vehicle from Chrysler World. Again Mike Kempka came though. Great price compared to other dealerships in the area. And was given the best trade in price compared to 3 other dealerships. Always treated great.

I have been dealing with Chrysler World since. 2005. I have used there service dept. For things from just an oil changes to minor and major repairs. The service has been fantastic every time.
