Chuck & Eddie's Used Auto Parts

I wish I could put ZERO stars. I researched online for a quote on my vehicle. I was told $450. A few minutes later, a female called me from Chuck & Eddie wanting to schedule an appointment for a tow. I told them the following day works but I will be available at 4pm due to work and I have to travel 30 minutes to where the vehicle is located. The lady confirmed and said it was fine. The next day, I received a call at 10:33am from a tow truck driver asking if they could come “now.” I told him no, I am at work and I already informed the lady I was not available until 4pm and there is no one else available for earlier. Fast forward to 2:48pm, I called them while I was on my way home from work to confirm the appointment for 4pm and the lady said it was fine. So I showed up, and at 4:06 call

Bought a door from them and had it shipped out to me. Being a large item, it was sent to a location not too far from me and I picked it up there. The part was exactly as described and I felt the price was more than fair. I will buy from them again no doubt. Thanks again!!!!

Absolutely awful junk yard to use. If you are scrapping your car call Denver auto place or brookside, they will pay you more for your car. This junk yard is awful. Someone told me to stay away from this place and I see why. Ordering a part for a car is like talking to toddlers. Nobody has a clue what's going on there. I have no clue how this place is still in business.

Horrible customer service. Have been stood up twice for getting a vehicle picked up. I call, they answered and said driver is on the way. Nobody shows up. I'll never buy parts here ever
