Always greeted kindly, professional, asking what I would like to have done, recommending needed services, letting me know the costs. When picking up the car they let me know what I will need to do next, as in new tires. Plus they have an estimate of costs depending on the brand of tires I pick. BTW the price is cheaper at the dealer ship. Thanks to all for the consistent quality of service...

Quick, efficient, professional. Car is fixed to my satisfaction, they helped me to use points to offset part of repair costs. Only OEM parts used in the repair, which was my requirement.

The other day I was in Chuck Olson Chevrolet service department having service work done to my work van. I just wanted to mention that one of the service desk persons Todd was helping a lady after her service work was done. He got her a chair and answered all of her questions with a smile. When they were done he helped her carry her bag to her car walking by her side and helped put her belongings into her car. When she was secure he closed her door and with a smile told her to have a good day. Todd was so kind to her, he touched my heart with his kindness and the smile on her face told me she trusted him and was happy with her service. Thank you Todd for being there for someone who just needs someone to talk to and trust.

The staff are frendly and easy to work with. Their website is ok and relatively easy to make appointments. The waiting area for the service is clean and convenient with internet access. Their prices are reasonable and from what I could see they do a good job servicing my vehicle (Although I am not expert), they make suggestions that are appropriate and I dont find they try and upsell much. I would give them 5 stars, but they over charged me once and after many calls and getting the runaround I havent seen a refund, they also took so long I couldnt dispute it, so unfortunately that has not been the best experience. In fact its been quite a poor experience given how many times I have called them (About 7) and been told the refund is on the way and to check my bank account, and we will call y

I do agree with Linda c As far as her review is concerned about chuck Olsen Chevrolet motors. You're supposed to be patient with people kind and help them not try to rob them out of their hard-earned money. The service guy, Daniel. Gave me a quote of a diagnostics check.
