Customer Service was on point. Maddie helped me look into a replacement rim for my son's vehicle. They didn't have it but she sourced one that didn't meet my immediate needs. Maddie was so pleasant and helpful which isnt typical with today's Customer service. I needed another item and I purchased it immediately from Chucks just because the customer service was great. Thats my experience. Ill try Chucks first now just because my business was appreciated and I felt valued as a cuatomer.

Chucks Auto is a company that I have delt with for years now. There staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I deal with Tommy Stern. He is the man. Whenever I need anything he is there to assist me and help out with anything I need. He answers the phone in a timely manner, and even though he is super busy he manages to make time for me.
