Chuck and his mechanics actually care about their clients and YOUR car! They take the time to talk things over, explain things, and the fixes stay fixed! I’m a car guy so their attitude is refreshing and their prices are fair. They make you feel like you’re just not another client walking through the door.

We ended up at Chuck’s after our car broke down on the highway on the way to the airport. Chuck immediately took us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. He did a thorough assessment and explained everything well. We were lucky to have met him since he has an expertise in Chrysler. And instead of attempting repairs and charging me, he guided me to the dealership down the road since he felt my repairs would be covered under warranty, which they were! So nice to meet someone with honesty and knowledge in the industry. Thank you, Chuck!

Chuck is the most thorough and capable mechanic that I have met. He has taken care of two of my vehicles so far. I will continue to bring whatever cars I have to him and also recommend him too anybody. He is honest and has never overcharged.

Amazing experience all around. Had an issue with my car, got in ASAP (even during what seemed to be a busy busy day). Problem was noticed quickly, fixed efficiently and in a timely manner, and I was able to leave happy and satisfied. Staff here doesn’t haggle you and doesn’t try to upsell you on work you don’t need. I seldom give a five star review. They must be earned. And this one is well deserved. In addition to showing me worn parts, Chuck explained the root cause and problems with my car. He provided a long term direction for my car care. In addition his communication and customer contact is outstanding.
