Chuck’s Automotive saved the day as I was traveling from Franklin, TN to Ohio on Friday, in advance of the big snow and ice storm. Check engine light began flashing on my high-mileage Volvo as the car started lurching while going up even slight hills on the highway. Owner operator Chuck answered the phone when I called from a nearby gas station. He was completed booked and taking appointments for a month out but graciously agreed to take a look at the vehicle. He advised me to drive the car slowly to his shop. He worked it in, used scanner to determine codes, put in a new ignition coil which we hoped would solve the problem, and ultimately discovered an engine problem. They did a absolutely great job the identification of the problem and the fixing of it was done good and quickly while it did take some time to get in it is well worth it they're honest and good people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done

Absolutely the best place to go to for precise mechanical work. If you want your vehicle fixed I would highly recommend this place. Sometimes there's a way to get in but it's definitely worth it.

On a road trip from Alabama to Buffalo NY for a funeral, our alternator stopped working 3 hours into the drive. Chuck cut into his schedule and found a way to get it done in a couple of hours and got us back on the road. Can’t say enough how thankful we were for him and his team. Super knowledgeable and great at diagnostics.

Took Rav in to Chuck because brake light was on, ever after I topped up the low fluid. Turns out the pads were worn enough to cause the fluid leakage. Chuck worked his magic and now back on the road.
