I don't even want to give them a one star. They "rebuilt" my transmission, not even 5,000 miles later the same problem happens and I moved to Utah to go to school, a little after they rebuilt it, so I don't have the money to ship the transmission nor a car to bring the transmission to them! They won't pay for shipping because they don't know if it's their fault, they won't work with me at all on the warranty, won't even send me a copy of their warranty policy so I can read the fine print. Won't let me bring it to a shop in Utah to have them look at it and Honor the warranty because they have to look at it and say it was their fault. So now I'm without a vehicle, no money, because I just moved and going to school. All because I trusted these people, and they screw me over. Don't waste your

Took in a working Chevy transfer case to have new bearings & seals put in. After installing it would not go into gear. They blamed the broken shift fork on the shift motor. They 'rebuilt' the transfer case again but it broke with a damaged gear after less than 100 miles. They refused to repair it. Another shop found two bearing that had not been replaced as well as other issues indicating poor workmanship. I lost over $1500 in costs for a box of bad parts. Their warranty is worthless and they lack integrity, seeking blame rather than taking responsibility for their failures.

If you have a transmission that is popping out of gear. Or your transmission is making noises. Just pulled the tranny out or take it to your local shop and tell them to send it to Chucks gear. They will do the full rebuild and repair. And stand behind their work.
