Chuck's Wrecker Service

I had a tensioner pulley go out on my vehicle so it threw the serpentine belt so I was stranded. I called a couple of other tow companies and was put on hold for several minutes so I called Chuck's. They immediately took my order and I had a tow truck to me in 20 minutes. Brian was my driver and was really cool and professional. I don't want to be in the position to need a towing service but if I am, I'll be sure to call Chuck's again.

Cannot recommend Chuck any higher. I recently had a flat tire issue that required removing some rounded lugs that I didn't have the tools to do myself, so I called Chuck to help me with a tow. While Chuck was happy to send a truck, he suggested I call his friend at Gulf Coast Tire to see if he could help me instead and ultimately save me money. I did, and Gulf Coast Tire helped me out and got me on my way. As I was driving home, Chuck called me to make sure I got taken care of and that everything was ok. Totally unnecessary of him, but an incredible gesture. Not only did he help me resolve my issue, but he saved me time and money, and then called to make sure I was ok. I'm so thankful for Chuck and absolutely recommend anyone that needs help to make him your first call!

Was going to use Chucks to haul a 10 by 12 very professional and hands down the best rate,l, way below their competitors. Sadly, some unexpected problems came up and I was unable to initiate the call I'm time and he had to released the driver. He was very cordial, professional, and understanding. I also apologize l, I must have sounded so rude on the phone when I hung up, and did not mean to sound rude, and would consider you in the future, still. It was pleasant working with you even thought it didn't work out. 10 out of 10 customer service, 10/10 price. I hope your business does well.

I had to help some people with a breakdown on i10 and chucks wrecker service showed up. The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. Five star service is what we received that night. Will definitely be using them next time and be my go to for wrecker/towing service.

Engine failed on the side of I-10 outside of Winnie and AAA never sent anyone. Called Chuck’s and he got out to us and towed us to the service center within an hour and a half. Quick, good conversation, 195 for the thirty minute drive but for the time and generosity I have no complaints.
