CH&W Commercial Tire

I will drive from Edmond to this shop from now on for wheels, tires, suspension, front end work and anything else I can convince them to do on my vehicle. Changed out tires on my F250. It was done correctly, promptly and the questions I had about some other concerns were answered correctly. Mind you, this was on a day after a holiday which most people don't want to be at work. Kudos to that group of men for restoring some symbolence of what quality work looks like. Thank you very much.

SCAM‼️‼️ please do not bring your truck at this shop.They will rip you off giving you expensive tire and will not fix your flat tire even if it’s a brand new tire,when you ask what’s the issue with tire,they will just make up some BS which isn’t visible on your tire. Shameful act.

Absolutely great place great people so very kind and helpful. Got things done in a timely manner. I will for sure go back. I will be recommending this tire shop to everyone I know.

Took my truck in to find a leak, the worker didn't know how to properly take the tire off a gooseneck flatbed. When he did get the tire off, he checked the tire equalizer and tire, he didn't find any leaks, I requested he check the rim, he claimed he did and then said it was a tire valve that was leaking, replaced it for 30$. Next day, woke up to a flat again, took it to southern tires and they found a pinhole in the rim. So they charged me 30$ for a tire valve I didn't need.

I showed up at 7:55 trying to get a flat fixed at 8:05. Everyone was still walking around inside but nobody had yet even opened up the doors. As a business, you should hold yourself accountable and responsible for opening your business on time, not having customers standing around waiting
