Cichy's Garage

I was in Conway for work and noticed my tire pressure plummeting as I made my way into Williamsburg. I had about an hour drive home and no cell service so was really nervous. I pulled into Cichy’s, which had closed a half hour prior unbeknownst to me. The two nice gentlemen helped me out and put on my spare for me to ensure I made it home safe and sound. Amazing service, professional and kind. Thank you!

With great sadness, I had to look for a new mechanic after Cichy’s garage previously closed down the repair shop. Thankfully it recently reopened! I brought my truck in for not only repairs, but to analyze what it needed and after trying with one or two other mechanics to figure out what was going wrong with my truck, I was thankful to be able to bring it to Mitch who said he could take care of it immediately. He analyzed it, scheduled timing to do it, and as professional as could be he wrapped it up and the truck has run perfectly since. I think it’s a top shelf operation run by a reputable and honest man name Mitch Cichy.

Brought my wife's car here a few times now. First time was a timing belt replacement. Lowest quoted price of any place I called and speedy and professional service. Had a misfire issue, had leaking oil valves. Didn't charge me to clean up and fix the coil packs. Had those above valves replaced and an oil change for my car. They told me 2 hours. Were done in 1.5 and the cars both run great. They don't try and sell you anything and do the work you want done; but also recommend certain steps before you do that. Great service and very professional atmosphere. What else can you ask for?

by far the friendliest service I've ever had at any kind of garage, and it's neat and clean enough that I'd eat there if they served food.

If I could give more stars I would. The team at Cichy's is next level. They are so quick and respectful. John and the rest of the team goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand what they are doing and charge a more than fair price! I have taken many cars there and recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you're looking for a good mechanic look no further. It may seem like a bit of a drive but I promise you it worth it. They are the best in Western Mass!
