Fast shipping and good packaging. Prompt customer service. Bought two 5vz toyota bare cylinder heads and after lapping in some brand new valves I realized that the seats are not round and not sealing correctly. A machine shop confirmed that the seats should be re-cut. And also the seat width was already too wide out of the box. I returned the heads, and I would not leave a bad review if I got a full refund, and while they did only charge me 15% restocking fee instead of 25%, I still believe I should not have lost any money on this. I specifically asked if the seats were ready to go before I even placed the order and they said yes. That's not true.
