Cimarron Crossing, Manufactured Home 55+ Lifestyle Community

My experience with Cimarron Crossing has been nothing but positive. I moved in two years ago and we were between managers but the residents were doing an amazing job taking care of the place. When our new managers came on board, they went above and beyond to help the residents with whatever they needed and were always truthful in what they could and couldn’t do. When the park was sold, I was a little apprehensive that the new owners would micromanage the park, or worst case scenario, bring in new managers, but they have been excellent about allowing Debbie and Bob to manage the park. The people in the park are the friendliest, most caring and giving people I have ever met. They are always there to help when needed in whatever situation arises. I can’t say enough positive words about them.

Rent that always goes up annually but still sadly remains the cheapest place in town for retirees on a budget. Still bothersome that rent was $325 when we moved in and after 10 years we are in the mid $600s. But it’s a decent place to live and a very clean park.

We have been here not quite a year. While we are only there periodically, everyone we have met is so kind and generous and makes us feel welcomed. We hope to get to interact more this next year. We also love how clean the park is and well maintained. We feel comfortable and safe. The Price's

Wayne and I have lived in Cimarron Crossing (fka Cimarron Trails) for almost 8 years. We decided on this community because it's a small 55+ development and gave us a real sense of community as well as being peaceful and quiet. Besides the fact that it is a very friendly community. There are many activities provided in which residents and their guests can participate. Everyone takes pride in maintaining their individual homes in order to keep our community beautiful. Our managers, Bob & Debbie are always honest and upfront with us about things happening in the park. We love living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I have lived in Cimarron Crossing for several years. My son-in-law and daughter found this place, thinking it would be a perfect spot for me to live - safe, affordable, well-taken care of, plenty of activities and near them. It has turned out to be all of that and more! The office and property personnel are very friendly and professional. The location is near freeways, shopping, doctors, banking and my gym. The surrounding area is growing and a huge park and recreation center has just opened several miles from here. I have great neighbors who are always willing to help and join in on the park activities and fun! Cimarron Crossing has turned out to be a great place to live!
