Hello, my name is Ashayla! I had the best car buying experience today at Cincinnati auto credit! I ended up purchasing a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Overall, they are really thoughtful people that are willing to work with you on prices to be able to get you into something affordable and reliable truly!!! Jason the GM was extremely thoughtful and understanding of my financial situation! Also, the front desk saleswoman Sheena deserves the most praise she was incredibly thoughtful, timely, and able to clarify things extremely well, she was a huge help and definitely appreciated! I look forward on building this relationship with Cincy auto credit for my future cars as well! Thank you all so so much!

DO NOT GO HERE If I could leave 0 stars I would! We went in with every intention of checking out one of the vehicles that they had on their lot. We provided them with all of our information... they left us sitting in a room forever. I inquired about the specific car and he commented that they needed to check out our credit and all that first before we could test drive....... that is completely acceptable I understand that however I wasn't asking to drive the vehicle I just wanted some information about it. He mouth off about the state of my credit I made if you are necessary personal remarks very unprofessional. I don't know who we spoke to there other than Alex. I do not recommend anybody go here. There are plenty of buy here pay here that can treat a person with respect. My credit may be

Sheena assisted my fiance and I with picking out our car. She greeted us at the door with a smile and was very patient with our indecisive-ness. She was very sweet and helpful! Justin assisted us with finalizing and all of the paperwork and he was also very helpful with any questions and concerns we had and was very up front with us about everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick easy process getting into a car!

I had a horrible experience at the walnut hills location they don’t make welcoming for you to want to buy a car for them. When I first walked in I walked the lot to look at the cars. I asked can they unlock car so I am able to look inside it as well, they stated they are not allowed to unless I get approved. I went to the Fairfield location the day before and I was able to with no problems without getting approved just yet. I decided to go through the paperwork process just so I can be able to look inside the inside of car and sit in it. 2nd I knew all what to bring because I received a text message. I brought exactly what was stated. What was stated was mail with current address, drivers license and most recent paystub. I have them the piece of mail with address they said they can not tak
