If you need a replacement key in a hurry do not use this company. I lost my key on a Monday and had no spare. Car is hundreds of miles away from my home. Ordered replacement key on Tuesday at 9am and told them it was urgent. Got email on Thursday evening saying they had cancelled my order as the key I ordered did not work with my vehicle. This was despite their website telling me that the key was for my specific car. This was three full business days after placing my order. Their cancellation email said that it would take bmw 2-3 days to make the key and then of course another 2-3 days to get mailed to my house. They do not offer expedited service. I emailed twice between Tuesday and Thursday with no reply and I messaged through their website stressing the urgency of my situation and no
