Cinco Car Care

My issue with the employees of Cinco Car Care was a lack of due diligence. At no time did anyone go and look at my car for the repair that was needed. The repair was to change 2 headlight bulbs. I was told that the price would be over 400 dollars to change LIGHT BULBS. Not including labor. Ridiculous! Now I do understand that some Jeep Cherokees are a bit more difficult to change the light bulbs HOWEVER my Cherokee does not fit that bill. Had they got off their behinds and actually had taken a look at the vehicle then they would have been able to see that going through the wheel well is not necessary. Lack of professionalism. Lack of courtesy. Clutch Automotive changed my lights bulbs for the grand total of 60.00 dollars.

I did an oil change and State inspection Stuff there are so kind and nice They mentioned that the car may take an hour and they finished it before that, not like other places that can tell u it will take an hour and end waiting for 2 Highly recommended for Cinco Car Care

My check engine oil light came on right after I had a bunch of maintenance done at my previous mechanic that I have been going to for years. They even tried to overcharge me just to look at it after spending $800 on the maintenance so I took my business here. At Cinco Car Care they gave me fair prices and were very professional when handling my car. The owner is a very nice guy too. I'm going to bring my car here from now on.
