I’ve been a client of Cinco Auto 2 since at least 2018. I take all my vehicles there for service and repair, including my 1953 GMC pickup. I also have the wash service membership and they do a great from a quick run through the tunnel to the full inside and out cleaning. I’m grateful for all their hard working and caring people!

Cinco Tire & Automotive take care of my cars and RV over the years. Their pricing structure is fair and they stand by their work. Even when I have brought my car in midday, they have always been able to complete their work by the end of the day. I certainly recommend this business.

I dropped off my car in the morning for a TPMS issue and never received a single phone call or email update all day. I had to go back to the shop myself before closing. The front desk admitted they forgot to call me but claimed the car was “ready.” Within 2 minutes of driving, the TPMS light came back on. I returned next day, and only then did they replace the bad sensor. Even though the original repair was clearly incomplete and done incorrectly, they still charged me full price for a TPMS sensor replacement. The real damage showed up later. I got a flat tire and discovered that four lug nuts were cross-threaded and wheel studs were snapped off. The remaining studs were severely over-torqued and stretched. This place is called tire place, but they cannot even change one single tire. I have gone to this place multiple times because of the convenient location to my neighborhood, but their employees are lazy and do the bare minimum every time I attempt to take care of my car’s needs. They wouldn’t change my tires the first time, the second time my car needed an oil change they did nothing to my car and then the third time they couldn’t change just ONE tire. Not even bothering to help me put on a spare. Beware of these slimy men, they will look you up and down just like I have read in these comments and they will not help you ever. As someone very dear to the neighborhood I am ashamed to live near such a place.
