Jordan and the team are pretty awesome! They answered all our questions and if they didn't know the answer they found it quickly! Tech. stuff is not my high point and trying to remember it all is on me! But Jordan went over it with us and said if I had questions in the future to reach out! Was looking at used Promasters for my hvac business. Then I saw a leftover new SLT they were advertising with a price that seemed too good to be true because they were discounting the price and including the shelving for free. I expected there to be a catch, or hidden fees. Nope. It was exactly as advertised. The buying process was very smooth. I planned on driving this van for a long time, so I purchased the best extended warranty. Unfortunately, after only a few months of ownership, I hit a deer and the van was totaled. I walked into the dealership with the documents they requested, and in a few minutes they canceled the extended warranty and told me to expect a check in the mail within a few weeks for 93% of the purchase price of the warranty. Had an issue with my current jeep and wanted to trade it in or just purchase a new one. While my Jeep was in the shop I asked for a the trade in value. I was td they would get back with me. They never called me back with the value. When I went in the next day they still didnt have the estimate for me. I had to wait for them to complete the estimate Had my father with me who was also interested in trading in his Jeep. Found a new Compass online for under $23,000 at a near by Jeep dealership. Checked to see in they could price match. It took him a while lioking at the website with exactly how they got the price. Then it took several trips back to speak with his manager. I had the best service experience today. My advisor Jordan was a delight and made sure to go over everything in detail. I was in and out in no time! The waiting area is also perfect for anyone that needs to continue working while running errands! I had my 2016 jeep cherokee latitude in for a cylinder 5 misfire and I ask them to check why the svc service light came on I was told that it may have came on with the engine light. I also asked if the tech took it for a drive to see if it was OK. I didn't even make it off the lot and the svc light came back on . You would think that after I paid almost $1,500.00 he could have a least checked it out. Instead of trying to sell me tires that I didn't even asked to be checked 🙄 Mike
