Ciocca Collision Center Philadelphia

Ciocca did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. My car was badly scuffed and had a broken window from a break-in. When it came out of the shop, it was perfectly repainted. Even though my car was towed to the wrong place (the Ciocca dealership), they quickly transferred it to the Collision Center with no additional charges. They promptly contacted me the next morning to start the repair process. Additionally, they noticed and fixed an issue with my steering wheel alignment that I wasn't aware of, greatly improving my driving experience. Highly recommend their services!

I bought my Hyundai from Ciocca Dealership and a few months later, someone reared into it and we did not know where to turn since most of the shops did not even deal with cars of the year 2022 just yet. We called our Ciocca Dealership and they advised us to try their Ciocca Collision Center, which was right across the street from the Dealership. I came to Ciocca after someone fell asleep at the wheel and destroyed the entire drivers side of my car, fender to fender. I am so pleased with the work that Tom, Steve, and their staff have done and am especially thankful for all of the questions they answered. I would definitely recommend Ciocca to friends and family.

They fixed my car well but good luck trying to get customer service. They still have to fix a part of my car they needed to order and I have been calling them since January 2, 2025, leaving voicemails and emailing without a response. If I hadn’t bought my car at Ciocca Philly I would not use Ciocca Collision. The difference in customer service between Ciocca Philadelphia and Collision is night and day. They need a full make-over. I don’t care if you fix your cars well, if you don’t have a good relationship with customers you won’t have coming back.

I brought my car here after a collision, and the repair was covered by insurance. The initial estimate was for a week turnaround, but this time estimate kept expanding, and ultimately I got my car after 3 weeks. That's frustrating, but I get it, stuff happens. What I'm more disappointed about is the work quality. My bumper has several obvious paint runs and drips, and one panel was not even repaired --it still has paint marks from the other car. They also did not do a good job repairing the rim gouges. I get that ciocca has a work product guarantee, but honestly I can't go without a car for another three weeks. So unless they're willing to cover a rental, their quality guarantee is basically meaningless.
