Very well could have Been a five star review. Only leaving four stars because the Date that we were told to bring the vehicle in we dropped it off, and it sit for a week Before we were ever given an estimate or anyone ever looked at it. The vehicle was drivable And it would’ve been nice to only been down a vehicle for a month instead of five weeks.

Brought my Cadillac Optiq here for repair work related to a deer strike. Entire experience from start to finish was easy and with great customer service. Repairs were completed by the promised date (3 days) once parts were in hand. Excellent experience, I recommend them for your body work.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This experience could probably have been worse, but I’m truly not sure how. After saying they would have my vehicle for 5 weeks, which is a long time to begin with, they told me every week it would be ready the following week. Communication was horrible. It was inconsistent and inaccurate. After having my vehicle for 2 months and being paid over $17,000, it was returned to me allegedly complete. The door made a horrible grinding noise when opened and closed and the engine light came on almost immediately. Neither the body shop nor the service department did their jobs. In fact, the body shop caused more damage by nicking the door panel while “fixing” a part of the door. So I took it back in and they had it for another 2.5 weeks to fix it. I bough

Excellent customer service and work completed to repair my wheels. They look brand new. Easy process and they dealt directly with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

The front desk clerk Elaine Baker, is an unprofessional and an insufferable person. Everytime I spoke to her, she was condescending and lacked any intent to help you. She sent an copy paste of entire repair agreement on an email instead of a proper document and claimed thats best she could do. When I walked into thr shop to pick up my vehicle, the vehicle wasnt quite ready. Instead of saying things like let me go check on the status or please take a sit, she just stared at me and said "well your car aint ready". If she was one of my employee, she would be long gone before she can ruin my reputation. The mechanic couldnt even get tire pressure right. Filled up 50+ psi on a tire recommended for 34-44. Go with caliber collision if you have any choice. Much better experience overall.
