My son had minimal damage to front driver side of his Lexus. Basically a headlight assembly, straighten front corner of fender, fender liner and MAYBE a support piece. It took close to 3 weeks after being told they were slow, don't return calls or emails. The front fender isn’t even lined up correctly, they bent it back but not to match the other side. The car wasn’t even washed off after body work was done. Then when you finally talk to someone to ask about the car they keep saying they’re waiting on parts. This Allie guy thats suppose to be customer service shouldn’t even have a job. They gave an estimate which actually seemed fair. Chris and his tams are great - they took the time to explain the process and kept us informed of the progress of the repair. The vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and the quality of the repair is outstanding.

I've used this location a couple times now. Everyone is courteous and transparent about the job and timeline. Communication happened daily via text and email about the progress of the work. Repairs were done on time, and it looked like new.
