Trip #1 to Ciocca Subaru was to drop the vehicle (Outback 3.6R) off for a very noticeable transmission problem (i.e., the transmission was slipping/screeching and needed to be replaced @ 67k miles). The technician was “unable to replicate” the problem despite being provided with multiple videos of the speed and rpms when the condition presented). Trip #2 was to take the technician for a ride so that I could replicate the condition. Trip #3 was to pick up the vehicle after transmission replacement and recommended services, including replacing the rear differential fluid. The vehicle was returned to me with a fluid leak in the rear differential. Trip #4 was to return the vehicle to fix the leak. Trip #5 was to, again, pick up the vehicle. I will not be making any additional trips to C

Purchased a used but under warranty Solterra from a different dealership that was making weird noises. Took it to Kennedy Subaru who said they couldn't hear anything and told us to pick up our car. So then I decided to give Ciocca a try and I am very glad I did. Matthew the service advisor admitted they didn't see many Solterras in service but that didn't stop him from providing excellent service. I did a ride along with the service manager and they were able to hear the noises which resulted in a rear electric motor/axle replacement. They also addressed a door squeak that another dealership claimed was normal. Matthew and the team at Ciocca kept us updated while we waited almost 3 months for parts to arrive. The services associates at the facility were wonderful, attentive and helpful. While they were not able to get me a rental the first day although it was reserved, when the repairs were delayed they did provide me with a loaner that really made the difference. I got the car back and was able to move on with things is a positive way. Thanks!

Overall my experience was ok. Setting an appointment (3 stars) When I called to set the appointment for front brake servicing, I was frustrated at the number of prompts that I had to select just to get connected to the service department. Once I got to the correct extension, I was not able to get connected to a live person and was encouraged to leave a message. Despite not leaving a message, I did receive a call back 10 minutes after I called. Arrival and Checking in (4 stars) Despite arriving 10 minutes early for my scheduled arrival time, a service rep was ready for me and walked me through the check in process. As I stated earlier, I was getting my brakes looked at and realized I was due for an oil change relatively soon and added that to the work order. I requested a shuttle service

The visit was a simple tire replacement, but Jeremy’s Customer service was professional and personable. He took care of the warranty expeditiously, and then when a small rear panel was taken off by the car wash, he got a replacement part right away and snapped it on the car himself in a matter of minutes.
