Circle K | Car Wash

Probably the rudest person I have ever met working in a gas station. The self checkout right next to the main cash register said move on to the next. Instantly came at me with attitude for no reason because I didn’t see the other machine around the corner. God forbid this older lady does her job. This happened at 5:00 PM today.

I'm paralyzed and can not stand and walk. The gas pumps state "assistance available upon request" Where the cashier refused to answer the phone. Multiple random citizens made him aware of my desperate situation because I didn't even have my wheelchair with me. Random citizens came to help but then the cashier refused to give me my receipt with car wash code. 100% discrimination and would not communicate with me because of my situation. Infact he called the cops and had me trespassed! Even after the cops made him give me my receipt! NO ONE FROM CIRCLE K WILL CALL ME! they refuse to deal with this. But they will find out i WILL NOT let this go!!!

I'm paralyzed from the chest down. Can still drive alone. Showed up to my local gas station for fuel and a car wash. But even though the gas pump states " assistance available upon request folled by the store phone number" I got no answer. Even a random citizen pumped my gas but when a random citizen went in for my receipt we were told no. That we couldn't be helped. The cashier called the cops on me!! I had to call my wife to drive my wheelchair up so I could get out and talk with the cops as they trespassed me! After getting my receipt from the cashier and waiting while I got my car wash.. I'm still confused on where I went wrong.. I can't get a response from the company.. Just imagine. A guy begging for help. Not able to stand up. No wheelchair. How threatening. Incredibly intimidating

Several issues with this location. Prices marked are often wrong. Checking out is usually very slow. Rude employees. Too many more issues to list…. Stopped by around 7pm the other day and door was locked. As I left I noticed the employees taking a break behind the store. I don’t even bother stopping at this location anymore.

It's 7:48 pm Monday October 21 2024. The current clerk working right now the younger black lady was very racist to me. She doesn't like white people by the way she was acting towards me when making small talk about buying a pair of glasses at a gas station. I will not go back to this store until she is fired or transferred. I do doordash and often do business at this location. I spend money daily on gas and food. You lost my business at this exact location until she is fired.
