After dealing with a disappointing experience elsewhere, I walked in feeling stressed and unsure — but they completely changed that for me. They are an amazing shop! I had an issue with my intercooler rubbing a hole in my AC lines. Took it to the dealership and they charged me $1,000 to fix it and had my car for a week. It ended up breaking again so I took it to Polar Auto Air and they fixed it in 2 hours and only charged me $300. Great shop that was patient and listened to all of my concerns. They really care about their customers and it shows.

Use caution with these folks, would definitely consider a second opinion when dealing with them. Took my truck in for air conditioning issues, while waiting in the lobby every person I heard them call they told they needed a new compressor and it was going to be $1,400. Guess what I needed when they finished my inspectionI?? New compressor and it was going to be $1,400!!!! What, no way, I just had a new compressor installed…. Took it back to my regular mechanic, only needed a switch, total repair cost $129 . Watch out for these crooks. They should be investigated.

Since moving down here last year from Lakeland, I’ve had a hard time finding people I can trust. Yesterday, one of my work vehicles decided to have a bit of an overheating issue. The upper radiator hose popped off and it sprayed coolant everywhere. I managed to get the hose put back and get some water in the radiator. A couple hours later I took it to this place. I’ve never been here before, but I am so impressed with the way they took care of me, I will easily recommend Them to anyone and everyone. By the way, they do everything, not just radiator and air-conditioning work. If you need brakes, or anything else, oil changes, I highly recommend you take Your vehicle to this shop. I live in Fort Myers now, but I will be crossing the bridge. Anytime I need anything done.
